By creating an account or using the Crohamhurst platform ("Platform") operated by Dutch Digital Dynamics Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These Terms are governed by Queensland, Australia law. Any dispute that can't be resolved between us goes to the Queensland courts.
You must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm you are 18 or older and are legally able to agree to these Terms where you live.
Crohamhurst is available to users worldwide. We can't guarantee it meets the legal requirements of every country. You are responsible for making sure your use of the Platform complies with your local laws.
Crohamhurst provides web-based computational tools for astro-technical market analysis, including:
The Platform is a research and computation tool. It does not provide trading signals, investment recommendations, portfolio management, or financial advice.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has accessed your account, contact us straight away at support@crohamhurst.app.
You may not share your account with anyone else. Each subscription is for a single user.
We may close accounts we reasonably believe are being shared, abused, or used in breach of these Terms.
Crohamhurst has three plans: Free, Hobbyist (AUD $19/month), and Pro (AUD $79/month). All prices include Australian GST. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
Each plan comes with a daily compute unit allowance: Free (100), Hobbyist (1,000), Pro (10,000). Units reset every day at midnight UTC. Unused units do not carry over. Once you've used your daily allowance, computations will be declined until the next reset.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. By subscribing, you give us permission to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Stripe will send you an email receipt before each renewal.
You can cancel any time through the Billing Portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your paid tier until then.
If we change our prices, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price kicks in. If you keep using the Platform after that notice period, we'll take that as acceptance of the new price.

The Platform, including its software, algorithms, design, and content, is owned by Dutch Digital Dynamics Pty Ltd and is protected under Australian copyright law.
Using the Platform does not give you any intellectual property rights over it. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our written permission.
Computation outputs the Platform produces are for your personal research use. You can use, reproduce, and share those outputs for non-commercial research with appropriate attribution.
The Platform is provided as-is. We make no promises that:
The Platform's ephemeris data comes from the JPL DE421 dataset via Skyfield. It is accurate for astronomical purposes. We make no promise about its suitability for market timing or any financial use.
To the extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to your use of the Platform is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost data, or financial losses from trading decisions you made based on Platform outputs.
Nothing in these Terms removes, limits, or modifies any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If your use of the Platform in breach of these Terms causes a loss or claim against us, you are responsible for covering those reasonable costs, including legal fees directly resulting from that breach.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you consent to us collecting and using your information as described there.
We may suspend or close your account if we determine you have breached these Terms or that your continued use puts the Platform or other users at risk. Where we close an account that is not in breach, we will refund any unused portion of your current billing period.
You can close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to delete your data. Deletion cannot be undone.
We may update these Terms at any time. We'll let you know about significant changes by email and by updating this page. If you keep using the Platform after the new Terms take effect, we'll take that as acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Queensland, Australia law. If a dispute can't be sorted out between us directly, it goes to the Queensland courts. We'd always rather talk it through first — reach us at support@crohamhurst.app.
